Craig Harley of Financial Development Services will explain what a board should consider as they contemplate conducting a capital campaign and how the capital campaign strategy is a “different animal” their annual fundraising program. We will focus what needs to be done ahead of time (before soliciting any prospects or seeking any public donations), how a campaign is structured, who’s involved, and the board’s roles and responsibilities.
