This presentation will highlight the knowledge and insights gained from a year-long evaluation of planned giving marketing needs, and packages offered by major vendors in the arena. Information gathered as Susquehanna University selected a new planned giving marketing vendor can help others develop an awareness of options and how to proceed with determining which (if any) is right for an organization. Topics covered will include marketing packages offered by vendors, their focus on digital vs. print marketing, cost, considerations for developing a website, and the criteria utilized when making a final selection. The presentation will also provide information about the outcomes following a change in marketing vendor and strategy.

Presented by Tammy Ozlanski, the Director of Gift Planning at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA and Julia Curtis, a Gift Planning Advancement Officer at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA
